Can I customize my travel dates or hotel choice or departure airport?
Packages are designed around festival dates with our host resort. You have the option at the time of booking to select up to 9 days between the dates of March 14, 2026 and March 25, 2026. Any requests outside of our festival block will need to be coordinated with us by contacting us at [email protected]. We will offer airport departures out of Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Miami. Our packages are based out of Atlanta and Miami on airlines such as American Airlines and Delta Airlines.
What is included in airport ground transportation?
Roundtrip transfers between Santo Domingo airport and your Samana hotel are included. We have arranged luxurious transportation from Audi's and SUVs, to sprinters, to charter bus. No matter the size of the group coming in we have it covered. We have secured dedicated ground transportation while in destination.
Need to get around while in destination we will also offer services for this as well. We will have on the ground staff to help with this arrangement through our trusted ground partners.
Are meals included at the hotel?
Our host resort stay includes access to on-site restaurants. The resort is an all-inclusive property.
